We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatics Scientist to lead the development and optimization of our high-throughput secondary analysis pipelines. In this role, you will analyze complex, large-scale genomic datasets, fine-tune variant-calling algorithms, and collaborate with wet-lab teams to translate raw sequencing metrics into high-confidence genetic insights.

• Design, test, and deploy automated pipelines for Whole Genome (WGS) and Whole Exome Sequencing (WES).
• Benchmark and implement state-of-the-art tools for structural variant detection and somatic mutation filtering.
• Collaborate with software engineers to transition local biological workflows into scalable, cloud-based production environments.
