We need a software specialist who understands biology to build the robust code frameworks that glue our sequencing instruments, data pipelines, and internal databases together. You will focus on scaling cloud resources and building secure internal APIs.

• Develop clean, maintainable, and heavily containerized code (using Docker/Singularity) for workflow managers like Nextflow or Snakemake.
• Optimize data storage architectures and compress petabyte-scale FASTQ and BAM file environments to minimize cloud compute overhead.
• Build secure internal APIs that feed verified variant data smoothly into clinical reporting tools.
