To scale our clinical operations, we need an engineer capable of replacing manual pipetting with automated robotics. You will be responsible for programming, validating, and maintaining our robotic liquid handling platforms to ensure thousands of samples pass through our pipelines with zero manual errors.

• Program, optimize, and troubleshoot automated liquid handling platforms (such as Hamilton, Tecan, or Beckman Coulter systems).
• Validate automated library prep scripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and minimal reagent waste compared to manual workflows.
• Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train laboratory technicians on automated platform operations.
