• Intermediate proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Working knowledge of Linux OS environments.

• Construct fully automated secondary-analysis workflows using industry-standard workflow managers (Nextflow or Snakemake).
• Deploy cloud-based compute environments (AWS/GCP batch infrastructures) tailored for memory-intensive data tasks.
• Containerize legacy bio-tools into lightweight Docker or Singularity execution images.
