DNA Sample Requirements:
• Concentration: Minimum 10 ng/µL (varies by service)
• Purity: High quality, contaminant-free genomic DNA
• Fragmentation: Should be intact, not degraded
• Contamination: Free from salts, proteins, and other contaminants
• Quantity: 100-500 ng depending on service
RNA Sample Requirements:
• Type: Total RNA, mRNA, or specific RNA type depending on service
• Concentration: Minimum 50 ng/µL recommended
• Quality: RIN (RNA Integrity Number) ≥7 recommended
• Degradation: Fresh samples or properly preserved specimens
• Quantity: 500 ng - 1 µg total RNA
